| Final Fantasy XIII Demo: One Hour Long, Two Sections
By Chris Kohler  PMCategories: Console Games 1up.com's Kevin Gifford has translated some new details about Final Fantasy XIII and the upcoming demo that appeared in the latest issue of Famitsu magazine. The demo, which will be included with the Blu-ray movie Final Fantasy VII Advent Children Completewhen it launches in Japan on April 16, will be about one hour long and feature two sections. One will star the main character Lightning (above), and one will feature a rebel leader named Snow. It will feature "the basic elements of the full game's battle system." Director Motomu Toriyama said that the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 game is "proceeding along smoothly for a 2009 launch" on PS3 in Japan. Of course, Square Enix president Yoichi Wada has made it clear that FFXIII could be delayed for reasons other than development issues.  Image: Square Enix
